My work as a photographer today is driven by storytelling, movement, and connection. When I tell your story, it is my goal to record your moments with truth, compassion, and deep attention.
We know that special moments in our lives are often fleeting—an engagement, a wedding, the birth of a baby—but photography allows us a remarkable opportunity to remember, record, and bear witness to the magic of the everyday.
The couples I work with often feel nervous to be in front of the camera, want to experience their wedding day to the fullest and want something different than just your average wedding photos.
It is my mission to help record your most cherished moments—the organic joy, celebration, laughter, and vulnerability. And I hope to give you the opportunity to return to these memories as a tangible reminder of your love, your life, and your legacy.

On a more personal note, I can most often be found running around our Grand Rapids home with my one year old and my husband. When time allows, I love to make quilts just like my Mom and my Grandma. Raising a son has made me even more aware of just how quickly time passes, and how important documenting our family can be. I’m grateful to be given the opportunity to do this year after year, and cannot imagine a better job in the world. Thank you.
